SKI-HOLIDAYS ON THE SLOPES OF TRENTINO
SKIING IN THE DOLOMITES means living life to the full!
Only the gleaming silver of the rocks breaks up the icy glare of the snow-capped Dolomites. It’s great to indulge in an intense day’s skiing, in the Dolomiti Superski area and other winter pastimes in Val di Fassa, in the knowledge that you can come back to the warm welcome of the Spa Hotel Ladinia, where brightly decorated rooms await you, delicious home-made cakes or a nice glass of Trentino DOC wine, all of which make the brief winter evening last even longer.
We organize a private shuttle bus for our guests to the Buffaure and Catinaccio Ski areas and to the Fraine Nursery Slopes. There is a ski-bus just 100m from the hotel and cable cars/ski lifts are situated 700m away for skiers in the Val di Fassa.
The Val di Fassa in winter is a great place for downhill skiers and snowboard fanatics. There are 3 ski-tours apart from the Sellaronda (4 passes tour), 4 snowparks, 220 km and 115 ski runs all kept perfectly groomed thanks to the advanced snowmaking system, served by 86 state-of-the-art efficient cable cars or lifts which guarantee you’ll reach the highest altitudes in the shortest time possible.
The Val di Fassa is one of the most complete and famous skiing localities in the Dolomites with 9 different ski areas, connected to each other by means of the slopes themselves or handy ski-bus services: Belvedere-Pordoi, Fedaia-Marmolada, Col Rodella-Passo Sella, Buffaure-Ciampac, Catinaccio-Ciampedie and Passo Costalunga for the Val di Fassa and Carezza area (accessibile if you have the Val di Fassa-Carezza or Dolomiti Superski skipass), Alpe di Lusia-San Pellegrino-Falcade for the TreValli circuit (accessibile if you have the TreValli or Dolomiti Superski skipass).
